The short version

Strictly necessary
These are required for the site to function and for us to honour your own choices. They are not used for tracking, and under the Telecommunications Act they do not require your consent.

Analytics (only with your consent)
These load only if you accept the analytics category. They tell us which pages are read and where visitors arrive from, so we can improve the site. They are never used to build a profile of you or to advertise to you.

Cloudflare is based in the United States, so allowing this category involves a transfer of your IP address outside the EEA. That transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework together with standard contractual clauses. If you would rather it did not happen, refuse this category and nothing will be sent.
Marketing
We do not currently use any advertising or retargeting technology, so this category is empty. It appears in the preferences panel so that if we ever add anything, it stays switched off until you choose otherwise. If that changes, this page and the policy version are updated and you will be asked again.
Recording your choice
When you make a choice we store a record of it: a random reference, the date and time, which categories you allowed, the version of this policy you were shown, and a shortened form of your network address. We are required to be able to demonstrate that consent was given, and this is the minimum that lets us do so. The record contains no name, no email address, and nothing that identifies you personally.
Changing your mind
Withdrawing is as easy as agreeing was. Use the button below, or the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page. When you withdraw, anything already set by that category is removed.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and we honour the Global Privacy Control signal automatically if your browser sends one.
